Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services
Our psychiatric rehabilitation services focus on enhancing the skills and abilities necessary for individuals to live independently and thrive in their communities. Through a person-centered approach, we offer a range of rehabilitative interventions, including skills training, psychoeducation, vocational support, and socialization activities.
Individualized Treatment Planning

Medication Administration & Monitoring
Our skilled psychiatric professionals provide comprehensive medication management services to ensure safe and effective treatment for mental health conditions. We work closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to optimize medication regimens and monitor progress.
Behavioral Health Home Services
As a behavioral health home, we offer integrated care coordination and support services to individuals with complex behavioral health needs. Our multidisciplinary team assists clients in accessing medical, behavioral health, housing, and social services, promoting holistic wellness and recovery.
Community Integration and Support
We facilitate community integration by connecting clients with resources, activities, and opportunities for meaningful participation in their communities. Through partnerships with local organizations and agencies, we help clients build social connections, engage in recreational activities, and pursue educational and vocational goals.
On-Call and Emergency Response
Linkage with an Individual in a Psychiatric Inpatient Facility or Detention Center
(1) If an individual who is enrolled in a program is admitted to a psychiatric inpatient facility or detention center, the rehabilitation coordinator shall make reasonable efforts to maintain ongoing communication with the individual and the individual’s inpatient treatment team.
(2) To the degree permitted by the setting, PRP staff serving the individual shall participate in aftercare or release planning from that setting.

As part of our holistic approach to care, we offer Representative Payee Services and Authorized Representative Services to help clients achieve financial and personal stability:
Representative Payee Services
We assist clients in managing their Social Security or SSI benefits to ensure essential needs, such as housing, utilities, and medical care, are met. Our team works diligently to create a transparent and reliable financial plan, offering peace of mind and promoting independence.
Authorized Representative Services
Navigating applications and benefits processes can be complex. Our knowledgeable staff serves as Authorized Representatives to help clients access public benefits, including Medicaid, SNAP, and other vital programs, removing barriers to care and ensuring timely support.

PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION PROGRAM
PRP programs are provided in a clinic setting. A wide range of services are organized within a comprehensive therapeutic environment that includes screening and assessment, diagnostic determination, individual and family counseling, psychiatric consultations, medication management, crisis intervention, group counseling, client advocacy, and referral to community resources. Services additionally include consultation with family and/or professional care providers.
Clients are assigned to licensed clinicians who assist in individual planning and care.
Behavioral Health Home
HH programs to assist persons with developing and maintaining coping skills that facilitate adjustment and integration within their living environments and community through comprehensive case management. Clients and family members are empowered to make decisions about their care with the expected outcome of an increased quality of life. Services are designed and implemented to: support the recovery, health, or well-being of the persons or families served; enhance the quality of life of the persons served; reduce symptoms or needs and build resilience; restore and/or improve functioning; support the integration of the persons served into the community.

- Who Pays for Services & Billing Process
- Most services are funded through the Maryland Public Mental Health System (PMHS) using Medicaid (Medical Assistance).
- Our staff will handle authorizations and billing on your behalf.
- You may be asked to sign insurance or Medicaid-related consent forms.
- You will not be billed for covered services unless:
- A co-pay applies
- You receive services outside of the authorized scope
- Our staff can assist you with eligibility verification or coverage questions.
